Susan Ouellette, Manager of Human Resources

Susan Ouellette’s role as Manager of Human Resources at Kleinschmidt encompasses several key areas of organizational administration and development. As the corporate Human Resources Manager, Ms. Ouellette is responsible for benefits administration and compensation; workforce planning and employment; strategic human resource development and management; and employee relations and communication. Ms. Ouellette leads the Administrative Support Team, is a member of the 401(K) Advisory Committee, and serves as the firm’s EEO Officer. Ms. Ouellette is a certified teacher, a certified PeopleMap trainer, nationally certified Senior Professional of Human Resources, and earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Thomas College.

As Kleinschmidt’s Human Resources Manager, Ms. Ouellette has established a number of HR systems and policies such as the Personnel Practices Manual and the Document Standards Manual. Ms. Ouellette currently leads the corporate Strategic Planning Initiatives for Professional Development and Succession Planning which includes Talent Management and Leadership Development.
